Command & Conquer 3: Kane's Wrath - A Classic RTS Remastered for Steam 'toc'

The Command & Conners series has been a staple of real-time strategy games since its inception in the late '90s. Now, with the release of Kane's Wrath on Steam, fans can once again experience the epic battles and strategic gameplay that made this franchise an icon.

Developed by Westwood Studios (a studio later acquired by Electronic Arts), Command & Conners 3: Tiberium Wars was a massive hit upon its initial launch in '08. However, some players felt that certain aspects of the game could be improved upon - hence the birth of Kane's Wrath as an expansion pack.

Kane’s Wrath takes place between the events of Tiberium Wars and continues the story of General Alexander “Fadin” ‘Fade’ Petrovich (voiced by David Warner), a Soviet commander who must face off against his arch-nemesis, none other than that mastermind Kane himself. Players will also encounter some familiar faces from previous installments in this action-packed expansion.

Graphically speaking, the game has received an impressive facelift since its original release on PC back then - now running at a smooth 1024x768 resolution (with support for higher resolutions with minor tweaks to your system settings). Sound-wise, you can expect equally satisfying audio effects and voice acting that will transport you right into the heart of World War III.

As always with Command & Conners titles, micro-managing units on-the-go is a breeze thanks largely due away from keyboard controls. There are plenty of new abilities available too - including some nifty ones for each factional commander to play around with during battle!
